根据国家留学基金委《英国立博平台》（留金来管【中国博彩平台】19号），现将我校此项工作通知如下：
一、参评学生范围：
1.2021年9月之后拟继续享受中国政府奖学金的学生须参评；
2.无法按原计划于2021年7月毕业，拟申请博士生延期的学生须参评；
3.2020/2021学年奖学金评审不合格被中止奖学金资格或减免部分奖学金的学生须参评。
二、评审具体要求：
1.参加年度评审的学生，须严格按照填写说明，填写《中国博彩平台》（以下简称《中国博彩平台》），并于2021年4月14日17：00时之前，将《中国博彩平台》发送至学生管理科邮箱lxsglk_01@163.com，邮件名称应为学号+中文姓名（如无中文姓名，则填写英文姓名）,《中国博彩平台》上必须有本人手写签字。目前在中国境内的学生，也可直接将纸质版材料于规定时间之内提交至国际教育学院103办公室（学生管理科）。
2.学校将按照《中国博彩平台》要求，对参评学生的道德品行、学习成绩、学习/科研态度、参加活动情况等方面进行综合评审，评审结果上报国家留学基金委，并及时将批复结果予以公布。
3.未在规定时间内提交《中国博彩平台》的学生，视为放弃本次年度评审资格，评审结果为不合格。

Notice on the annual review of Chinese Government Scholarship for the academic year 2021-2022
According to the Notice on the Annual Review of Chinese Government Scholarship for the Academic Year 2021-2022 issued by China Scholarship Council (No. [2021] 19), we hereby notify the following of the work of our university:
I. Scope of Students:
1. Students who plan to continue to enjoy Chinese Government Scholarship after September 2021 must participate in the evaluation;
2. Students who are unable to graduate in July 2021 as planned and who wish to apply for extension of their PhD degree are required to participate in the evaluation;
3. Students who fail in the 2020/2021 academic year scholarship evaluation and are suspended or have part of their scholarship reduced must participate in the evaluation.
II. Specific requirements for review:
1. Students attending the annual review, must be in strict accordance with the explanatory notes, fill in "Form for Annual Review of Chinese Government Scholarship Status (Student Self-Assessment)" (hereinafter referred to as the "review form"), and in 2021 before 17:00 on April 14, send the review form to student administration section mailbox lxsglk_01@163.com, email name shall be the student number + Chinese name (if there is no Chinese name, then fill in the English name), the review form must have handwritten signature. Students who are currently in China can also directly submit the paper version of the materials to Office 103 (Student Administration Section) of the Institute of International Education within the specified time.
2. The University will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the participating students' moral conduct, academic performance, study/research attitude, and participation in activities in accordance with the Annual Evaluation Measures for Chinese Government Scholarship of Liaoning University for the Academic Year 2021-2022. The evaluation results will be submitted to China Scholarship Council, and the approval results will be published in a timely manner.
3. Students who fail to submit the Evaluation Form within the prescribed time will be deemed as giving up the qualification for the annual evaluation and the evaluation result will be unqualified.
